30-day refund policy

Paid licenses are not currently sold. Photon Ledger and Rapid Stacker are free, with every feature included. This policy covers any license purchased earlier.

If a purchased license doesn't work for you for any reason — bug, mismatch with your archive layout, change of mind — email support@ekeservices.com within 30 days of purchase. We'll issue a full refund through Stripe and revoke the license.

How it works

  1. Email support@ekeservices.com from the address you purchased with.
  2. You'll get a confirmation within one business day.
  3. The refund posts back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 days, bank-dependent).
  4. Your license is automatically revoked on the app's next online recheck.

After 30 days

We're still happy to help if something's wrong. For genuine product faults, we'll work it out. For change-of-mind requests beyond 30 days we generally cannot refund, but write to us anyway.
